BIO:
My name is Joshua Cortez, I am a senior at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, currently graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutritional Sciences. My career interests include education, particularly in science as well as health and physical activity. I made this post because I myself struggled with choosing proper nutrition when I first became independent, so I created this blog to educate other teenagers so that once they become independent they might make good choices.
